Founder of The Rebel Baker and lifelong rule breaker in the kitchen. This all kicked off because of something close to home: allergies. Mine. My daughter’s. And the shocking lack of decent free from options when we were out and about.

You’d think in this day and age, a decent allergen free treat wouldn’t be so hard to find. But it was. So I did what any stubborn, sweet-toothed rebel would do - I baked my own. Then I built a business!
