The rebel story

I’m Rachel - baker, founder and the one who signed a lease on an empty Ayrshire unit and turned it into a dedicated allergen-free bakery. No investors. Just graft, pink gloves and standards that pass SALSA with the flavour turned up. That same belief got me named Scottish Ambassador for the Start Up Loans programme, and it’s baked into how we run the place: safe, documented, repeatable, never beige.

Result: allergen-free frozen cookie pucks that go freezer to tray to till in minutes, inclusive without compromise.
