  • Yes. Our recipes are free from all 14 major allergens and baked in a dedicated allergen-free site. No “may contain” panic.

  • Yes. Full specs and allergen matrices are available for every product.

  • Yes. All flavours are suitable for vegans.

  • No. They taste like great cookies. Soft centre, crisp edge, proper chew. That is the point.

  • We are SALSA accredited, Environmental Health approved and operate documented HACCP and allergen controls across production. Full specs and paperwork provided on request.

  • Tray up from frozen and bake. No thawing. Typical bake time is around 12 minutes depending on your oven. We include a simple bake sheet with temps, times and cooling guidance in every sample box.

  • Keep frozen on arrival. Store at or below −18°C. Once baked, cool on tray, then display or hold covered. We include storage and shelf-life guidance with every order.

  • Trade orders are case based. MOQs vary by flavour and account setup. As a guide, most customers start from one case per flavour. We will confirm during onboarding.

  • We usually ask for 7 days’ notice for production and dispatch. If you have an urgent need, tell us and we will do what we can.

  • Yes. We ship frozen across the UK using trusted cold-chain partners.

  • Standard deliveries land Monday to Friday within agreed windows. We will confirm your slot when we book the shipment.

  • Yes. We offer bake-from-frozen trade samples so your team can test in service. Request a sample pack via the Contact page.

  • Trade accounts typically pay by BACS on invoice, with terms agreed at onboarding. Distributor orders follow agreed terms. We will confirm what fits your setup.

  • Absolutely. Many sites use our pucks alongside house bakes to guarantee an allergen-safe option with zero cross-contamination risk.

  • Frozen, pre-portioned cookie pucks in operator-friendly case sizes. We will share current SKUs, weights and counts in your sample pack.

  • Tell us the same day with photos and batch details. We will investigate and sort a replacement or credit fast.
