A NEW HOME FOR THE REBEL BAKER
The Rebel Baker has a new home, and it feels like a good point to look at how much the business has changed in a pretty short space of time.
We founded The Rebel Baker in 2024, but the real shift came in January 2026 when we decided to focus properly on cookies. That one decision changed the direction of the whole business.
Since then, The Rebel Baker has become completely focused on making genuinely good allergen free cookies, free from all 14 major allergens, without making them feel like the “free from option”.
That has always been the point for us.
We never wanted to make something people bought because they had to. We wanted to make a cookie that stood on its own, tasted brilliant and just happened to be suitable for people with allergies, intolerances and coeliac disease too.
The move into the new space feels like the next part of that.
The business is more focused now, the brand is clearer and we know exactly what we are trying to build. We are not trying to do a bit of everything anymore. We are building The Rebel Baker around one strong product, one clear message and a much bigger long-term plan.
Founded in 2024, focused on cookies from January 2026, and now in a new home with a very different business from the one we started with.
