Food for thought

Have you ever considered that your ongoing health issues might be related to food sensitivities or allergies? I've personally experienced the rollercoaster of food intolerances and wanted to share my story.

For years, I’ve struggled with overwhelming fatigue and persistent bloating. It turned out that gluten was the hidden culprit, causing my discomfort even when I didn't realise I was consuming it. I also battled skin issues, including frequent boils, despite trying various skincare products and treatments. The unexpected cause? Dairy.

And there's more! In the past year, I discovered that potatoes trigger a throat inflammation that mimics tonsillitis. My body was simply reacting to a food that didn't agree with me.

My experience highlights the importance of examining our diets. Could the key to better health and well being be found in the foods we eat?
